Mobile App Setup

Step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Assign user an Access Level (so they can log in on the app)

  1. Navigate to the "Users" tab
  2. Navigate to "Access Level" sub-tab
  3. Select a user from the left pane
  4. Enter user's email address
  • Enter a username for the employee to login
  • Enter a password for the employee to login

 5. Click Save

  Step 2: Enable “Use Mobile” under Clocking Permissions

  1. Navigate to Users
  2. Navigate to Clocking Permissions
  3. Select employee from the left pane
  4. Ensure both "Use Mobile" and "Mobile Timeclock" Checkbox is selected

Success! Employee can now clock in/out remotely via the mobile app!

Note: Employees must download the easyclocking mobile app first.
