Modular Drawer Units:
Modules with two drawers (pen holder and filing drawer) and three drawers (two pen holders and one filing drawer); made with 0.6mm steel sheet, five casters to facilitate mobility, and 1" particle board covered with Formica and protected with rubber edge trim. The drawers feature a master lock and a frame for hanging folders in the filing drawer.
The modular drawer units are painted with resin-based powder coating, using an electrostatic application system and polymerized at temperatures above 180ºC in a mixed infrared and convection oven. The structures undergo a three-stage cleaning treatment, which includes:

  1. The application of a phosphate degreaser, which removes any grease applied to the steel.
  2. pH leveling.
  3. An organic sealant.

These processes, together with the powder coating, help achieve a uniform finish and enhance resistance to corrosion.
