Other than specially provided in any separate formal purchase agreement between yourself and GITZ, these Sale Terms may only be altered, supplemented or amended through GITZ. Where an order has been placed and there is an attempt by You to add to, amend or alter the Sales Terms, the agreement will be null and void unless otherwise agreed to in a written document signed by both you and GITZ. Any other terms and conditions included in any order submitted by you are expressly excluded and shall have no effect. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions by clicking on the “Submit Order” button represents only an offer of contract. The contract is not binding until GITZ has accepted it by fulfilling your order.
PRICES
By using this site, you request to view GST-exclusive pricing. All product prices shown on the website are GST-exclusive, as per subsection 90 (2) of the GST Act. When GST is applicable, the rate and will be shown on your final quote on the checkout page.
Prices are exclusive to www.gitz.bz and GITZ Office Supplies and are subject to change without notice. Some prices may differ from what is offered in our store.
Delivery costs are not included in the individual product prices quoted on the website. When placing an order, the customer is provided with options to determine whether delivery costs apply to the order or not.
Biometric Solutions
The advertised Easy Clocking prices shown are for per-employee subscription. Submitting an online order for Easy Clocking device is treated as a request for quotation for a full time and attendance solution, and not a sale agreement. Upon receipt of an Easy Clocking order , we will contact you for a formal demo and pricing for the Easy Clocking solution based on the number of employees at your establishment(s). GITZ is an authorized agent and partner of Easy Clocking, a registered US company that manufactures the biometric devices and develops the accompanying software which is sold though a licensing subscription.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment in our store by Cash, Credit and Debit cards. We also accept company checks and personal checks at our discretion with prior approval.
Payment can also be made at your local branch office of Belize Bank, Atlantic Bank, and Heritage Bank. After your order is confirmed, a GITZ representative will contact you and send the payment instructions via email if you chose Bank Deposit as your payment method.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders submitted through www.gitz.bz are considered as sales quotations and are subject to our acceptance. GITZ is entitled to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfill any order, for any reason, with or without notice and shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation.
Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
Failed customer validation checks or inability to obtain authorization for your payment
Products ordered are out of stock
Pricing or product description error
System failure
PRODUCT AND STOCK AVAILABILITY
All details, specifications, and prices are subject to change. Sizes are approximate. All drawings, images, descriptive material, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and services, in order to assist your purchasing decision. The illustrations of colours and covers shown are representative only and may differ from those in our store. Prices exclude accessories unless otherwise stated.
Products are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when your order is submitted, and the time when the order is accepted and processed, the stock available may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we process the order but after we have processed the payment we shall notify you as soon as possible.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Although our goal is to fulfill 100% of each order, from time to time some products may become unavailable before we process your order. We may substitute an item that's very similar to an unavailable item you ordered.
If we are unable to fulfill your entire order we will make every reasonable effort to contact you prior to making a substitution. The
utmost care and attention is given to every order to ensure that substituted products are as similar as possible to the requested item. Your order will not be canceled but will be fulfilled to the best of our ability.
If you do not want the substitution, simply let the Associate at the store know, and they will remove it from your order.
If substitutions are unavailable, GITZ will allow a refund of payment or you may choose a different product for the same price subject to availability.
DELIVERY POLICY

Returned items should be accompanied by the original receipt, unused, and in the original packaging with all applicable accessories and components. Books, Consumables (such as inks) and opened media products are nonreturnable.
Since every Modico order is 100% custom, and the artwork is either submitted by the customer OR approved by the customer, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we cannot refund or reproduce your order if you decide you do not want it, ordered the wrong size, or prefer a different artwork that was submitted or approved.
The most important aspects of our returns & refunds policies are:
- We must be contacted within 7 days from delivery of any defects
- Original receipt is required
- Modico sales are final
- Items purchased with online discount codes cannot be returned/exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
GITZ reserves the right to examine the products to validate the return and to refuse any returns at its discretion.
DOCUMENTS
You will be provided with an electronic receipt and tax invoice via email as a proof of purchase. Documents can be mailed or delivered upon request. For store pickup and some online orders, you will also receive a printed tax receipt.
