Modular desks, manufactured with a steel sheet structure; with resin-based powder paint, using an electrostatic application system and polymerized at over 180ºC, using a mixed infrared and convection oven. The desk structures undergo a three-stage cleaning treatment, which includes:

1. Application of a phospho-degreaser, which removes any grease applied to the steel metal pieces.
2. pH leveling.
3. And an organic sealer. These processes together with the powder paint, serve to achieve a uniform film and improve corrosion resistance. The tabletops are made of 1" particleboard, lined with Formica laminate and protected edges with flat PVC edge banding, glued with special machinery. We also offer post-formed coating, which is a thermoformable PVC membrane adhered by heat and pressure to a 1" MDF board. The edges have a bevel that anatomically adjusts to the user, allowing the arms to rest on the surface at the correct angle. We have different leg styles that adapt to customer needs, such as Euro I, II, II wing, III and the new Euro IV leg. We also offer various pedestal options, such as: the pedestal with two pencil drawers and a file drawer; with two file drawers and with two pencil drawers and a door, manufactured in sheet metal and with the option for fronts to be in Formica or PVC laminate to harmonize with the rest of your desk. The skirts can be used in smooth, embossed, or punched sheet metal. This line of desks has the advantage that it can be assembled according to customer needs.
