GONDOLA 4 SHELVES:
The gondolas are manufactured in pieces and assembled according to the customer's specifications. We manufacture both single and double base; if you wish to place panels on both sides of the gondola, or a single base if you only wish to use one side.
  • The gondola base is made of 1.2 mm steel sheet, punched on the sides to adjust the shelf height, and has a natural-colored perforated back panel.
  • The gondola panels are made of 1.2 mm steel sheet on the sides and 0.6 mm on the top; they are available in the following sizes: 1 m wide x 0.33 m, 0.38 m, 0.43 m, and 0.48 m deep.
  • All parts are powder-coated using a resin-based system and polymerized at over 180°C in a combination infrared and convection oven. The structures undergo a three-stage cleaning process, which includes:
  • 1. The application of a degreasing phosphate, which removes any grease from the metal parts.
  • 2. pH balancing.
  • 3. An organic sealant.

These processes, combined with the powder coating, ensure a uniform film and improve corrosion resistance. The size and quantity of the gondola panels depend on the customer's requirements. Ask for special orders with a customized logo and branding.
